Examples of Work
Here are some examples of work produced through the Digital Mishnah project. These are static examples, but as the project progresses, we plan to make a dynamic interface available that will allow users to test the software in development.
Examples of Output
The first sample shows sample collation output, using CollateX, under development by InterEdition, an EU project, and processed to produce two output formats: Alignment Table and Text with Apparatus.
- Sample Collatex Output for Mishnah Bava Metsi’a 2.2
- Sample Synopsis. Note that this was just a “proof of concept” so that it is not valid HTML, and formatting and spacing issues are largely ignored.
Examples of Encoded and Processed Texts
Text is encoded in XML, processed in XSLT to produce HTML output.
